Together with the Chevalier, this is the most floral-suffused nose in the range with its notes of acacia, rose petal, lilac and carnation that add elegance to the spicy aromas of mineral reduction and citrus zest. The intensity of the focused medium weight flavors is borderline painful while exuding a firm bead of minerality on the bone-dry, hugely long and youthfully austere finale. Classic Perrières that is very much built-to-age.
